Comments from the artist
Joining AJ2* opened up the whole online art world for me and I love that connection with people across the world. The last 10 years I have worked as a freelance graphic designer and part time art history lecturer.
I stopped work this year to write up a thesis in visual art, so my life seems to revolve around the computer! I desperately want to get back to painting, and art journalling keeps me in the loop until I can.
MMM challenge: This is the first time I've answered a challenge and I was pleased that I didn't do it like a work assignment. I tried magazine page collage because we had been talking about that in the group. It kept it bright and breezy and stopped me overworking the theme.
'Learnfrom dreams.jpg' - My dreams are often set back in the rooms and streets of my childhood or I've dreamt I am a map or a landscape. Briefly that's the thought behind it and I'll stop at that!!
